Destroyed Burberry Trench Coat

Burdocks destroyed a $2,200 Burberry trench coat. The coat went in for a cleaning as there was a small stain, but when it was returned the fabric felt thinner and the the crisp lines of the hems and sleeves were ruined. More importantly, the coating on the trench coat that allows the water to be repelled was removed due to it most likely being "machine washed" according to the folks at Burberry.

The worst experie...

The worst experience I've ever had! They put two safety pin holes in my dress and didn't even get the stains out they told me they would reclean for free but it wouldn't be ready again for three days because they out source their dry cleaning ! ! I had no dress for my friends wedding because they don't dry clean on weekends! NEVER GO HERE!
