    Don't trust this guy, trust the reviews!

    Bought a camera from this guy. He said the camera shutter count was approx 6600 shots, but when I got home and check the actuation the actual shutter count was 26520. It was more than 4x what he said it would be. I should have trusted other reviewers and stayed away from this guy. I'm writing this review i though everybody should beware of this guy before dealing with him. My advice! stay far away.

    No show!!!

    I purchased two packages with a group deal and had to schedule these dates over six months ago just to get family pictures. I contacted them via email a week before the first scheduled shoot to confirm time and location and never heard back. The day of the shoot came... And went and I have yet to hear from them. This was a HUGE disappointment!

    Stay Away!!

    After contracting this company to take our wedding and engagement photos we were shocked by the amount of poor communication and lack of professionalism. After looking into the company further I found MANY other extremely un-satisfied clients. Do not use Magickphotography!!

    Adequate photography, TERRIBLE service

    I purchased a package through a group deal. MISTAKE! The problems were endless. 1- unable to get response from the merchant via telephone, or email in under a week 2- photoshoot was less than 1/2 the time paid for, even when pointed out to the photographer 3- prints were mailed out weeks after they were supposed to, and when contacted, informed me they were sent. They were not, as shown by the post mark. 4- The wrong size prints were sent (smaller than paid for) and I have still received no resolution to this 5- photoshoot had to be rescheduled more than once, and once with under 2 hours notice by e-mail (good thing I have a smart phone, huh?) 6- photos were sent on a dvd completely un-labelled in a paper cover (unprofessional!) The photos themselves were ok, but the service was so terrible it over-shadowed the pictures. I will never again use them, and would recommend others stay away until such a time as the company can learn about customer service
