Poor. Company will not let me use a gift card I paid for or reimburse me or let me use it for another service. Basically just taking customers money for nothing. Very bad customer service as well. I would never recommend this business to anyone!

I've been a customer for a few years now getting massages and my hair cut, etc. I will never go back. I asked to book a Reflexology appt. that would be covered under insurance and I specified that I would need an RMT or a receipt that I could submit for insurance. After I had and paid for the Reflexology appt. I realized they gave me neither of those things and they said there was nothing they could do and that I had to pay out of pocket, which is a lot of money $88.14 for someone like me.
