Rollers came in wrong colour, drapery came in wrong style, didn't say anything, didn't admit the mistake, no apologies or correction

drapes are ok, follow up service is TERRIBLE

We purchased roller blinds for our condo a few years back.Took them a while to have them installed as we were located downtown, however they eventually installed them. The installation owner guy said that to call him if we ever needed servicing ....so 2 years down the road I did because our roller chord broke. Its been 2 months coming on 3 months playing phone tag and trying to set up a time to get this chord fixed. They may be inexpensive but in reality, not worth the hassle if they can't provide service to their customers. This was just the most recent incident. I should have know when we wanted to install blinds in our house. they were quick to come and take measurements, however took them over 8 months to come and install them... So, I do not recommend them.
