Very good! The owner was knowledgeable and generally nice guy. I have had a gasket problem with a cook stove over several years, one stop here problem solved. Worth the drive from anywhere.

My parents who are elderly purchased a Harman wood stove from here, it took forever for them to come and install and after only a few months of use the main insert and firebricks are all cracked and falling apart, they say Harman will only cover the insert and bricks but not the installation of new parts...they sold them the stove you would think for a business that wanted to have a good reputation they would apologize and do the labor for free. Poor service

Nice People. I don't do reviews but had to this time. These guys are "real solid fuel people". Fixed my pellet stove when no one else could, for a really fair price. Couldn't have had a better experience.They have great products, the parts to fix em, and the know how. Would recommend them highly !!! These folks sell great product.

We purchased a gas fireplace from and it was a big mistake. Two major errors that were not up to code. Phone calls were ignored and when I finally reached someone I was promised a response which never happened, after 18 phone calls I gave up and got someone in who knew what they were doing. The service and expertise was abysmal.

very poor after-sales service

We purchased a woodstove installation costing approximately $6,000 last year. Within the first year warranty, there was a minor problem with the blower system. We brought the defective part to them and were promised a replacement switch. After about 6 months and many phone calls and emails we have still not received the new part or any explanation about the delay. They are not returning our messages now. So our blower system is still not working in the middle of a severe cold spell. One would expect much better service than this after a $6,000 purchase. Not recommended.
