I had a very positive experience with Black River Electrical. Honest and professional from start to finish with my panel upgrade. Answered all my questions. Quote was reasonable, competitive, and delivered promptly. Colin installed the new Leviton system at my request when there was a shortage of Siemens panels. Although injured on the day of my scheduled upgrade, he showed up with another electrician to ensure he could finish the job. Highly recommend
