If I could score them a zero I would. They treated my 80 year old dad, who was a customer for many years, terribly. They just didn't care. It came down to an issue as to where his car was parked. They had the correct information but denied it and ended up overcharging him two thousand dollars. I contacted them to see if they would resolve it. They said go directly to the insurance company. I even contacted the BBB but they could do nothing about it either. Will NEVER use or refer Atto!
