Do NOT buy “Bauer React Women’s Ice Skate”, style # 1039700, they are dangerous. I’m a good skater, skated all my life, always in figure skates, hardly ever fell, once in several years. Bought these skates for their width, skated 3x and each time fell straight back, each time nearly hitting the ice with my head. They are badly designed, cannot be tied properly and blade is shorter at the back than on figure skates. Someone tried to make figure skates from hockey skates and it doesn’t work.Avoid!
