There was a service advisory on a recent model Nikon camera. It was delivered at the Nikon Arrowood office and requested when ready to inform me to pick it up. The attendant said " I will make a note of it". Nikon policy was that the would once serviced send it out by mail. It so happen that they mailed it on the Friday before the long week-end and as such I will be without the camera until next Tuesday. Nikon ignored a customer wish, simply to follow company policy, very poor customer service!
