    Fixed my car like new! Great experience

    Had a very professional experience at Star Motors Collision. I brought my almost brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport here after they were one of my insurance company's prefered locations. I had only owned my car for about 3 weeks before someone backed into it, so I was really hoping they could make it look brand new. They did not disappoint and even got my car back to me 2 days earlier than they had estimated. They also drove me to my rental car place. No hesitation to recommend Star Motors .

    Great quality repair job. Not sure what happened to the previous poster, but the customer service I experienced was great.

    Collision repair quality

    Horrible quality paint repair job. Charged thousands for cheap quality repair. Star Motors repairs vehicles for Dows Honda and that is why I took my Pilot for insurance claim repair. The bumper cover is so poorly painted that you can see the black primer underneath the red paint. Both corner of the bumper (where they meet the fenders) are visibly not painted and has dark black areas! The Manager eventually acknowledged and promised to repaint the corners only. I will not take it back due to the lack of customer service. If any body doubts this review then email me for proof of the work. Will never go back and not recommended.
