Utopia Snowblowing

It's very, very bad service! Shovelling the snow late afternoon, not doing good job, a lots of damage on walk way. When you talk about it with Carl, he gets mad. He took money for full season and did half of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I don't understand previous reviewers. Just went through my second winter with Carl and I've always had my driveway plowed in a timely manner. In fact, my home is always the first on the street to be plowed (neighbors have different contractors) even on those days when we've had major snowstorms, the job would be done by 8am at the latest while some of the neighbors contractors never showed until afternoon. Very pleased with service.

Positives: Showed up every snow fall Negatives: Showed up late in morning/afternoon despite overnight snowfall. Failed to remove snow from walkway despite having paid for service multiple times. When contacted were not friendly and suggested we look for a different snow removal service. We will take them up on their advice. Will not recommend or use again.
