My son picked up his glasses at the heartland location,which was $385, he was not given the cloth nor the solution. When I went the very next day the reciptionist told me that it was out of stock and the solution was only given when customers had asked, I was told their would be a separate cost for both the cloth and the solution when it should've came with the pair of glasses. I was being argued with the receptionist. If there were to be a scratch on the lenses who is responsible for it?
