I was referred to this salon to get my haircut and highlighted. I had healthy and long hair. The stylist was Tammy. I wanted a few inches off the length, and came out with a butchered haircut. The wet cut was choppy, no final check as the stylist was rushing to close. My highlights were used with 40 dev, which resulted in damaged yellow hair, the toner did not help. I had to go to another salon to repair. When reached out to the owner with my concerns she shut me down and said it was my fault.
