When on friday to have 4 tires installed and for the tech to remove bent rim they told my parents rim wasnt bent and car was good too go for me to come home and notice bent rim still On the vehicle and there excuse was i dont have a explanation why it wasnt taking off ... Went today to have the rim replaced and took 2.5 hour to change the rim over .. Horrible and slow service never return to this place again

Third trip to NT&...

Third trip to NT&B and they have been GREAT! They have fixed two of my tires and the second they didn't charge me. They installed 4 new tires for me last weekend quick, easy and Cheaper then Canadian Tire by $400.00.

Bought tire

I bought 4 new tires and had them installed. Got on the highway and pulled off in Oakville and noticed front wheel nuts were loose. No damage or injury, jacked up car and checked all wheels. Notified the company, and the only thing I got was "we are sorry"
