Dr sharma is very nice but that’s where it ends. The hygienist ninka was very rude when explaining to me that I’m not covered for a new patient exam. I have excellent teeth and they told me that I practically needed to get fillings in all of my molars but didn’t tell me specifics even when I asked repeatedly. Charged me $49 that we had to pay even though it was a credit in our account. Fear mongering my 9 year old son telling him he’ll get cancer or diabetes if he doesn’t floss. Awful place.

Amazing, efficient and friendly service. They were able to give me an appointment for 2 chipped teeth and a cleaning very quickly. Had bad experiences with my previous dentist and I was in desperate need of a cleaning. The hygienist did an A+++ job and it looks fantastic. DR. Sharma is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Worst dentist EVER.. (didn't think it was possible)

Insisted I get a root canal even though I just wanted my tooth extracted, even after saying "No" to a root canal 3 times she kept on suggesting it. She extracted my tooth and the next day I was in severe pain which she did nothing to accommodate (after going in and explaining the pain is unbearable) and I followed the post-op extraction guide 100%. If you want a quick cash-grab dentist, go here. If you want a dentist who cares, go somewhere else, where? I don't know, but not here.

On a vacation to Niagara, North town dentistry opened up especially for emergency treatment (on a Sunday morning). Dr Sharma gave excellent care without which I could not have continued with our vacation. Many, many thanks. And if anyone else is in need I would have no reservation in recommending North Town Dentistry.

Never before have I found such a wonderful dentist. I am recommending North Town Dentistry to all my family members, friends, coworkers and everyone I meet. I'm really impressed with how nice and gentle Dr. Sharma is. I can just imagine how well she would do with children as well. There's absolutely nothing to fear with this dentist. I know this may sound a little funny or hard to believe but I feel 100% at home there. The whole experience is enjoyable. Oh and there's little or no wait!!!!

We are very happy to have Dr.Sharma as our family dentist! Because she is very gentle and caring, she makes you feel relaxed. She listened and give you the best advice.my 3 girls loved every visit. They said it like going to a movie,because you watch Netflix while you get treatment. Her staff are very polite and welcoming. We live in Fort Erie, but we go to Northtown Dentistry because she is the best!

I am so glad Dr. Sharma was available on short notice when my daughter had a dental emergency. Her staff is very friendly and professional. Best dentist I've ever had. If the great service, friendly staff and agreeable prices aren't enough then go for the Netflix. Any show or movie while you're in the chair. Fresh prince made getting my wisdom teeth out no problem. I can also afford the work on a student budget
