Customer service from this store has been very poor. We ordered a part for our washing machine over a month ago and still do not have it. We were told the part would take around 7 business days to arrive, we have been calling every few days to follow up and we’re being told that the part would come in the next day. We have now been informed after calling again to check the status of this part that it will not be in for another month. As a company you should be keeping track of your orders and if

FAST, COURTEOUS & KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING

We had a brand new frontload washer that kept plugging up with clothing or ripping clothing. Whirlpoof customer service was excellent and sent out a different appliance repair company 3 times. Out of frustration, I requested a different service company attend and was contacted by Mark at George's. What the other guys could not identify, Mark addressed in a matter of minutes and had a replacement part within 24 hours. Wish I would have gotten Mark the first time rather than have $100's of clothes ruined.

Great Service!

We discovered a large pool of water around our fridge this morning. Thought maybe the door was left open for the freezer. Gave it a few hours but the temp slowley increased. Called a number of different services and the earliest was a 2 day wait. Phoned Georges and explained the situation, in-laws in town, a member of the family away on cancer therapy during the day. They sent over Mark who arrived in less than an hour. He had the fridge fixed in under 15 minutes. Our fault, didn't keep the coils clean under the fridge and it burned out a relay. The cost was a fraction of what we thought it was going to cost. Thank you so much for the great service!
