So-so

Visited the Toronto branch to get a lunch take-out. Staff were helpful and friendly, atmosphere was okay and the food was okay (nothing to rave about). The price charged for my lunch take-out shocked me though! Lunch was buffet style and I choose pancit and menudo - paid over $15. I commented on the price and was informed that it was the lunch buffet price. How ironic! (The Chinese restaurant beside them only charges under $10 for their lunch buffet) I'm Flip and a "foodie" and I like to try different restaurants especially Filipino restaurants but I'll never go back there. I've also shared my experience to family and friends. So beware!!

After reading the prior reviews, I felt that I had to say something about the FOOD at Aristokrat. I have been to both the Mississauga and North York locations. Staff are friendly "enough" without being overly friendly. Customer service may not be their strong point and the same goes for the decor. With that said, Aristokrat's motto is "Our Food is Our Pride" and they do have a lot to be proud of. The BBQ alone has converted my family & I into loyal customers. My husband is very particular when it comes to trying different cultural foods but always enjoys the different pancit variations, BBQ and lumpia. My children love the palabok and mami because their Mommy ;) can't make it at home.

Mississauga location is awful!

Staff are somewhat friendly, atmosphere is horrible, location is in a back alley. Decor is cheap looking but you get what you pay for. I will not come back.

Unprofessional Owner

Other than the dingy atmosphere, and bad service, I was appalled by the Owner's professionalism. He was scolding one of his staff in front of everyone. I thought that was really bad as the owners are the reflection of their business.
