PNC nails is the only salon I go to. Has been worth the wait during COVID. Helen is friendly; super accommodating with appointment times; always creates whatever design I bring her!
I tried them twice for a nail fill (different technicians) looked ok but nails broke within days because they don’t pay attention to the sides. I never ever break nails usually. I had a pedicure a few months ago and it was really good, lasted a long time. I went in for a pedicure again yesterday and it was a different girl. She was done in 20 minutes. She did the nails not bad but barely touched my rough skin. She lightly buffed with a pumice. No massage!! feet were still rough. Won’t be back.
I'm going away and had to use them in a pinch to get my legs waxed. The girl was sticking to me, the paper was sticking to me and my thighs are all bruised because the wax wasn't hot enough (nor did she know how to apply it) this place is a joke. STAY AWAY!!
I use to be regular customer, but not anymore since the management has been changed. They just want to make money that is all. They don't care if customer is satisfied or not!!!!! I paid $28 just for remove my fake nails and to do French!!!! Very sad my all nails broke and French manicure was very bad. I could do it my self much better!!. Never go back and I don't recommend anyone anymore!!!!
