Sloppy work & short on deliverables

Given my experience in dealing with Brennan Brothers this past year, the project mgr and worker whom he subcontracted to refinish wood floors, have done a sloppy and rushed job -- as ascertained by other professionals in the industry on whom I called to repair the damages. Despite communicating everything in writing with Brennan Brothers' sole project mgr and a detailed contract, I still experienced the fall outs of this company's dealings.
