John, I wanted to formally thank you for the absolutely tremendous job you did for us over the holidays. Cleaning an elderly parent's home, so full of memories and possessions is a delicate operation and you and your team performed it with great skill, professionalism and above all, tact. We all appreciated your quick turnaround in getting us a quote, and your ability to meet your obligations with the flexibility to meet ours. It was an excellent outcome, on time and right on budget.
