Canadian Tire General Store

I was disgusted with how I was treated at this store . I was discriminated against upon entry due to my mask exemption , even though the government has clearly stated that mask exemptions are to be honoured ,Canadian tire believes they can go above and beyond government regulation, and violate people’s rights . I have been a lifelong customer and have purchased gas there for my company for years , they have now lost my business permanently and I may file a lawsuit still .

We purchased several new light fixtures and NOMA LED bulbs from Canadian Tire. One of the boxes of bulbs were defective and I went to this location for an exchange. The "customer service representative" tried to search all my cards, month by month, in his computer system to find my purchase because I didn't have my receipt. He couldn't find it (could have been on my husband's card and not mine) so wouldn't exchange the bulbs. Worse customer service and I will not return to this location ever
