The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Also it looks like they are running some sort of scam where they overcharge by a few cents each customer just enough to not have anyone notice or care!

Customer service at the main desk was great, but the order desk was not. Also, depending on who picks up the phone when you call- it is either a pleasant or unpleasant experience with differing information between consultants.
