TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The teller was great...but would not let my husband and I deposit a chq (made out to us) into his account...even though I was there (we have done a deposit before). We asked to speak to the manager who was kind of rude. After questioning us, ALL HE DID WAS WRITE *or* (instead of *and*) on the chq and we were able to deposit it? After all that back-and-forth and waiting, NO ONE CHECKED MY ID or got my signature, which I found odd. Such a waste of time for something *so* unnecessary.

Always friendly and efficient weather I am making international money transfer, getting coins for taxi tips, investing or simply seeking information. If I am sitting waiting for an interview because I arrived early I am regularly asked if I need assistance by other employees. Never feel ignored or unwelcomed here.
