I hired TEKPro AV to install a wall bracket for our TV. They did an ok job of that but failed to take notes of my simple TV setup. In the end they left the TV not working as expected. My wife who was alone with the kids was unable to fix. So I called them back to come fix their mistake and the thugs proceeded to charge a full hour to swap two cables which he should have done the first time around. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest, greedy, and cannot follow simple instructions.

M. Garcia never specified specific hook up directions. We explained when we left to his wife how everything worked. The problem is that he called us back 2 weeks after the install was done saying nothing was working. But the problem is that his wife could not figure out that she needed to turn on the apple TV. He was advised ahead of time and agreed to pay for the service call. We cannot be responsible for user issues! We could have solved this over the phone but he wanted us to go back.

Professional and efficient. They did a great job installing my tv on the wall. It was a concrete wall, which I hadn’t realized, but they just got different tools and rolled with it.
