Ten Sushi

Terrible experience at 10 sushi off Bank street in Ottawa. We found a little spider in our soup, completely lost our appetite. I showed it to our server, she mentioned she was going to show it to her manager. She brought the soup back and took the spider out of the bowl and tried to convince us that it was part of the vegetable in the soup. Very dishonest and extremely unprofessional. The manager came to our table and demanded we pay our bill, she tried to again tell us that we were mistaken.

Ate here June 28th, 2019 with my spouse, within 6 hrs we were both violently ill. Today is Thursday July 4th and we are still ill. Tried contacting the establishment and they hung up on me. Have been going for 2 years and last time the womens bathrooms were completely closed and notices fans in the bathroom and near the entry doors. Will not be returning.

I've been to pizza places that were better sushi resturaunts. bottom of the barrel in service and in quality. Went for my sister's birthday party. If you make a reservation at all then they automatically add 15% tip. We had to ask multiple times for them to get us wasabi/ginger. We were lead to 2 separate tables for our group of 7.... We asked if we could put them together and when the manager said yeah and we did the watress sneered at my sister (whose birthday it was) "There happy now?"

Absolutely horrible. Service was not great. They were extremely rude. When we addressed our concerns, they could not be bothered nor give us the time of day. Half the food we ordered did not show up. Strongly advise against this Restaraunt

I love this place. They have great sushi and dumplings. I only when 2 time and it just great.

The worse experience ever. DO NOT spend any money at this business. The worse customer service ever seen. The management does not care about there clients. This company is only looking for your money. The food is terrible. We don't need a company like this in Ottawa. The experience we received from your staff and from your Manager was disgusting. You have lost another customer for good !

Worst customer service. Long story short, my niece (a child) was not allowed to eat at the same table as us because she only eats french fries and they are on the a la carte not the all you can eat. A CHILD. I can see this policy for all adults but a small child? And the manager was rude to boot! Not sure how she got a job in customer service. We used to go here all the time but NEVER again. The food is going downhill anyway and the servers are either unresponsive or rude.

Service is awfull! The so called manager screamed at us! Screamed at us in the restaurant for god sakes. , the ipad system is a major fail. If you want a eveneing of frustrating service this is it... Dont bother with this one guys and i love sushi.
