Hi there - I was updating my information and saw your message. I want to apologize. I had a problem with my email and it was deleting random messages before I received them. It was happening for about 2 weeks, but because it was only the odd email I wasn't aware of it right away - I was afraid something like this had happened, but Nexicom said there was no way of retrieving the lost messages.
