I went in on my lunch break to grab something quick to eat. I never expected such a variety of items on their menu! They have wraps on whole wheat, massive sandwiches on ciabatta buns which are under 10$ with a side! Never have I found such a nice place with great service. I had my wrap (seriously vegetarian) within 15 minutes. Was served nice and warm! Great choices for healthy lunches which are filling, and also treats for those who have a sweet tooth! Definitely recommend their cupcakes to anybody who loves sweets. Best shop in Peterborough!

And homemade sandwhichez, fresh salads and crepes and waffles of course! We have everything from cheesecake to omelettes to summer salads to smoothies! This is an extraordinary healthly establishment in dowtown Peterborough for a quick lunch (mentioned above) or dinner or maybe just dessert coffee or tea. They also make delicious home-made pizzas to order and home made waffles..can you smell it? If that isn't enough the staff is friendly and knowledgable. The kitchen is the focus - foods are prepared in front of you. Ever changing fine art on the walls The price is very reasonable, my bill was under $20.00...run don't walk!
