A small independent shop that specializes in Volvos and BMWs. The owner is an honest businessman that has been servicing my families cars for decades. The last time I was in he sourced some used OEM parts to save me money, and the quote I received was right around what I expected based on my own research. When it was in the shop, they found a failing ball joint. It was more work and more cost, but again the price was fair and it was my decision to go ahead with it. Definitely recommended

This is the kind of dealership that makes people weary of mechanics. I was very disappointed with the service I received. Not only was my bill more than double what I had been quoted from other dealers. But I had requested two specific things to be looked at. When I picked the vehicle up they had researched one of the two, the one that was going to cost me over $2000!! The other issue they claimed to have 'tried' but everythig was 'fine'. Except when they described the apparent issue they were looking into, it wasn't what I had said! Im not sure if they just assumed that because Im a young female I don't know what Im talking about or if they treat all of their customers like this. I know I will not be returning!
