    Exemplary Service As Always! MacKenzie Heating and Air are EXTREMELY helpful, skilled and attentive. I recommend them whole heartedly

    Terrible service. Installed a faulty part and tried to charge us for it. Did not keep us informed of what was going on and was very surly and unprofessional to deal with.

    Took 2 weeks to schedule service!! They called day of and cancelled for no reason and did not know what to say!! I told them I would call another company. Crazy to think they would treat business so carelessly. NOT WORTH THE TIME AS THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR YOURS
