I call up and it ...

I call up and it takes three hours before someone gets back. That's fine, but what isn't is its three days after the phone call and I have a three hour window where I have to sit here and wait for an estimate. At that 3 hr mark, half hour later I get a call saying they can't come due to an emergency. That's ok, there are 52 arborists in the area and the time it took the appointment I had 12 guys in here looking and the tree is down in 4 days from now.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we strive to provide on-time, accurate, and cost-free quotes for each and every homeowner or business. Unfortunately, extenuating circumstances and emergencies beyond our control do sometimes occur and prevent us from fulfilling that goal. -

I called and made...

I called and made an appointment for a Wednesday. They called back to ask if Thursday was ok, which I agreed. Than no one ever showed up and no phone call to cancel or apologize. You changed the day on me to make it more convenient for you, inconveniencing me!
