I have shopped here previously with success. However, my nephew purchased glasses on my recommendation and although he was charged for transition lenses, his glasses do not have transition lenses. He has returned and is still waiting for his glasses. Today I went in and very long story short, they tried to sell me glass with progressive lenses rather than just straight bi-focals. This would cost me an additional $175. They also tried to upgrade to anti-glare and transitions, even though I don't need either as I rarely wear them. They were constantly trying to upgrade me without listening to my needs. I ended up walking out. Not impressed
