Rula is very professional and helpful. She was able to accommodate appointments for same day for an emergency. I used notary service successfully twice for government documents.

Rula was amazing. She was efficient and very thorough so we felt prepared prior to our appointment. With social distancing measures in place through this pandemic, we were a bit nervous about meeting at her home office; however, Rula was very organized and we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend Rula and her notary services. She was professional and very efficient. We met with her from beginning to end in about 10 minutes. Also compared to others she came in more affordable.

I went to Rula for a last-minute notarization of a bunch of documents for a mortgage refinance application from the US. A number of corrections needed to be made and Rula gave me a list of questions to ask the title company so we would know exactly what was expected. Rula was thorough, covered everything I needed, was very kind and had very reasonable prices. I'd highly recommend her for your notarization needs.

I was looking for a notary public who offers certified true copy services. I decided to go with Rula because she is conveniently located uptown. She works out of her home office, where free parking is available for visitors. Rula was very easy to communicate with. She was very responsive via phone. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Service was excellent.
