They were supposed to show up at 5pm and they didnt. By 6pm I had called three time and texted someone by the name of Peter, with no response until 8pm to inform me that they could do it tomorrow instead. This is not only unprofessional, but when moving from one place to another with so little time, it creates unnecessary stress on customers. Dont recommend contacting them.

Horrible. Arrived two hours late, went FIVE hours longer than the quoted job price, had to get family to help to speed up the process and still didn’t finish the job. Worst company, don’t recommend.

They said they could not get my couch out but never tried taking the door off. Destroyed the couch trying to push it through. One man was loud spent more time smoking and using vulgar language and we lost a box of food from the fridge. Have heard similar stories from other people since.

Cant say enough about Peter and his staff! Forget those big commercial moving companies who rip you off and only disappoint. The staff are careful with your personal items, call you if something needs to be brought to your attention; they even set up my bed and dining room table for me. Would highly recommend!
