    We dropped a bed spread off, they gave us day to pick it up, when we went it hadn’t been started, told to come back next day late in afternoon to pick it up, they closed at 3 PM, Bed spread wasn’t pressed or steamed so looks crappy! Not pleased, not be back!

    I have used Ideal nearly exclusively for 17+ years for my dry-cleaning. Its in my neighbourhood and convenient. I have had no dry cleaning issues. good hours.

    Brought in my suit and when I went to pick it up, the store was closed for 2 weeks, without warning when I had dropped it off.
