Marci Turner

Dr. Turner is one of the few endocrinologists that treats her patients as intelligent equals and she knows her stuff. Her admin is helpful however gets too impatient sometimes and this can be off putting.

I adore not only Dr. Turner, but her Receptionist/Assistant is absolutely lovely! I have no idea why people are saying such awful things, she has always been kind and professional!

I could not agree more with these two reviews, they described the ignorant receptionist perfectly. I do not have an issue with the specialist but the receptionist has a very disgusting and rude attitude and she is so full of herself for absolutely no reason! She is just a secretary for gods sake...... and she always puts you down and talks very disrespectfully. I do not understand why the hell the doctor would hire a horrible person like this. Time to switch up my specialist!

I do NOT have any issues with the specialist herself, but the receptionist/secretary is so rude and puts the patient down. If this would have happened for the first time, I would have given her a chance thinking must be a bad day for her. She is so arrogant! A similar feedback was left couple of years ago and *if* this is the same receptionist, then sorry Doctor, you have to find someone more eligible, polite and professional. Time to talk to my family doctor for another specialist.

The secretary is extremely rude. Hangs up on patients & doesnt bother to check voicemails or to call back patients. Doesn't answer calls immediately. I had to call at least 20 times to just get through to her & leave numerous voicemails only to be answered very rudely & be hung up on.
