They are very terrible. I hired them for doing my flooring. they took almost one month to send the material. Then they give me date for installation . I took two days off from work and no body shows at the day of installation. I tried to contact owner. He didn’t pick my call. When I went to his shop next day. He assure they definitely gonna come next week. Again I took two day off from work and guess what they didn’t show up again. When I ask for refund I paid for installation he refuse.
Queen Kitchen, Bath & Flooring replaced my Kitchen cupboards and Counter Top at my bungalow in Scarborough during the summer of 2020.They did a beautiful custom job with white cupboards and black galaxy counter tops. They also did a fantastic job on a custom vanity for my bath room. Based on the jobs mentioned above, I highly recommend this company.

Super quality tiles for my bathroom!! The cuts were straight and the material was very strong during and after installation. Much better than the previous tiles I have bought in the past which easily got damaged. Excellent product & service from start to finish, we will be back for other projects.
I would give this place 0 stars. I bought a 38 granite inch vanity which I realized in the piece of wood was already splitting apart with a big hole. I called the store to rectify and was told I would pick up a new particle wood piece (couldn’t even provide a solid wood piece even though described the piece as maple wood). Spent the time to pick up the side piece which is heavily marked up. They cut corners. Also was not provided any receipt for $800 purchase. Was told to emt them. I would avoid
Excellent quality design and workmanship for both of my families properties. They gave us a great price on our flooring, kitchens, and even our washrooms. The installers were courteous and listened to our needs during the time they were present. Overall we are more than happy with the results and thankful for their services!
Overall we had a very good experience with this company and the price was great. The kitchen designer was patient with us and made sure every last detail was correct before proceeding. The countertop installation went smoothly and we were kept in the loop from start to finish. Thank you Queen Kitchens for your services and we would definitely recommend you to our family & friends.
