Staples

I find the Associates to be helpful, courteous and, for the most part, knowledgeable. However, I asked a question of the Technology Dept. that I thought they should know and the young man had no idea!!!! Question was: Which printers are not made in China? He did not know!?!?!?!? Was not impressed.

Great staff and very helpful

Every time I am in Canada (2-3 times a year), I use the Staples in Simcoe for personal and business reasons, and I have always had excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and the costs are reasonable. I've used the copier, fax service, internet access, scanner, and sent packages via Purolator. I've also purchased computers and printers and had excellent service and follow-up provided for them as well. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
