RBC Royal Bank Grantham Shopping Plaza

This branch has recently renovated their location for the worst. If I could give them zero starts I would. The layout is confusing. There isnt even indication where a lineup starts. This layout makes the process take so much longer, more confusing and frustrating. I have never waited so long at a bank before and it wasnt because of the line up. I will no longer be visiting this branch which is too bad because I have been going to this location ever since I had my own bank account
