I use to be a tenant for 3yrs until 2009. To this day it still frustrates me how terrible of a rental experience we had. I regret investing my own money into repairing our unit. They were slow to make maintenance repairs, quick to take your money, and in the end they practically stole $800+ from my wife and I. Plus we never got our security deposit back either. I don't recommend to anyone, save yourself the headache.
