Radio Cab

The driver arrived without a mask. Coughed and wiped his nose on his hand then handed a debit machine for payment. Surly and rude. Contacted the dispatch and they knew exactly which driver I was speaking of. Not a wonder a driver arrived within five minutes when other cab companies were too busy.

Alway excellent service. Very honest with customer about wait times and rates. Safe drivers. Everything I appreciate in a local business.

Forgotten picks up, lack of drivers, unreliable formerly great service now a nightmare. Drivers are very polite and the cars are very clean which are it’s redeeming feature.

Alhough we had pre-booked a taxi to pick us up at the train ststion on Boxing Day and were ASSURED we could count on it, and even though there were two cars from the compsny there, neither waited for us. We had to practically fight for one of them to tell us the other one was the one who had the order to pick us up. Lousy service. We highly DO NOT recommend this taxi company.

Too busy to drive outside of city limits for a friendly paying/tipping local customer. Sooooo happy Ernie at city cab answered with a great attitude and a car on the way.

Brent was not only a fabulous driver but lovely human to spend time with. Fantastic service!!

In a recent trip ...

In a recent trip to Stratford, Ontario, we needed frequent cab trips as one of our party had mobility issues. We were 6 so we needed a van. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful, the cabs were clean, the drivers friendly and helpful. They always arrived on time, usually a few minutes early. Best cab company in the town.

Driver and Cab were excellent. Clean, professional, friendly. I was aware that there was a flat rate in Stratford for cabs. But I feel I will have to research as I shared a cab and still paid the same fare. Next time I won't share a cab- I will call for my own cab and get home faster. I was disappointed they didn't offer a deal for two people to share a ride. 18 bucks for a ridew (nine each - but collected nine a piece per trip) seems to take advantage of the rider. I woulnt have driven all over
