purchased a reptile from Northern Exotics for which the wrong enclosure was recommended. not given appropriate details for feeding and received poor to no guidance with feeding. when a request was made for live food as a last resort they declined to sell due to their low stock despite our repeated trips there for service to help with the feeding. they do not well support the creatures they sell despite their claims to rescuing animals. staff blamed the customer for not knowing what to ask.
