Went in excited because I haven't got eyelash extensions in a while. she asked me what i wanted - I told her i liked my lashes dramatic. she said she would do her best w/o compromising the health of my lashes. I agreed - the process took almost 2 hours - i came out looking EXACTLY the same. i did not see a difference at all (no exaggeration) - she told me she had to go natural for me... which isn't what I asked for. Least she could have done was give me a heads up. wouldn't come back again.

service is not bad but communication is VERY poor. make sure you ask for all costs before you go. Preferably in writing or the prices will be different when you get there

I got eyelash ext...

I got eyelash extensions and wanted them short & natural looking, she made them long & fake looking. I was still okay with that because I made an appointment for a re-fill and figured next time I can ask her to do them even shorter. She did the same thing, and because my lashes touched my glasses more fell off within the 2 weeks before the re-fill. I had paid $69+tax for a full set + refill. She did a full set again w/out asking me and then went on to ask me for another $30+tax!
