I purchased the $25 groupon for haircut for Hair By Rosie. The experience was more than pathetic and the thing is I have to live with it for next 3mnths till my hair grow back and again and i can have a decent haircut. I asked her to give me Layers however she pretty much chopped my hair from below without any layers and now they look pathetic. With this kind of experience i was better of not even getting a haircut.

Brutally Rude

I called 2 different times on Wednesday and Thursday, . including leaving a message to try to make an appointment. No call back. Tried again today, she finally answered and I got a rude, "no I'm busy" answer to every day I asked for instead of suggesting her nearest available appointment. I was then told I would be charged extra if I had "a lot of hair". This woman needs to either work on her people skills, or hire a receptionist.
