Booths are fitted with hard non-padded seating. The arrangement of the tables keeps the restaurant very noisy and service is consistently slow.
Not a lot of healthy choices on the menu and most items are pre-assembled making it difficult to customize.
I have been here a number of times, and I keep coming back. I love the sweet potato fries, they are the best I have EVER tasted, and the antojitos are wonderful. Salads are only so-so, but it is a cookhouse, so it's more about the meat. The ribs were delicious. Service was excellent on every visit.
Food took forever to arrive.
Baked potato with one of the meals was hard like a rock & ice cold and had to be returned.
The fried onions were burnt to a cinder and all the steaks were cold & dry.
Complaints seem to fall on deaf ears -don't know how these guys stay in business.
