Bruno's Contracting (Thunder Bay) Ltd

I have repeatedly used the services of Bruno's Contracting of Thunder Bay. They are stand-up people that are involved in the Community, regularly make donations to causes throughout the region, have expanded many times with the volume of business that they do - and I find them trustworthy and quite honest. There is always two sides to every story, and knowing the Management of Bruno's - they won't defend themselves as they are too busy working.

Hired Brunos to repave a driveway even though I was warned not to. Worst experience of my life. The job is a total mess. Crews clearly had very little training. Management wont talk to me about any of the many issues. Very dishonest and deceitful. Strongly recommend avoiding this contractor at all costs.

Results

A year ago we had our driveway paved. Against better judgement we went with Bruno's because the guy we were dealing with got wind we were shopping around, called me up and yelled at me. I was told he gave other people quotes based on us getting our driveway done too, if we went with someone else the other people would have to pay more. They showed up when no-one was home!! and proceeded to do awful work. Called numerous times and nothing has been done to rectify!! Don't waste your money!!!

Some time around eight years ago, we went with Bruno's Contracting to build our house.Many things were improperly installed and constant cutting corners we had to fire bruno's just before our home was finished. We our STILL dealing with there "shotty" work and having to replace, repair and fix many things. One example our back deck had collapsed soon after , And our most recent leaking improperly installed pipes. Leaving us spending a lot of time and money and often not covered by insurance.
