Unpleasant experience

After 2 completely defective phones, we took our note 4 back because its screen digitizer had gone haywire (screen was unusable). We were told it was physical damage and that it was our fault! We had the phone for 2 days and kept in a protective case the whole time. It absolutely had not been damaged. He yelled at us and told us to piss off. The service was disgusting! We ended up spending $250 getting it replaced and were told by the repairer it was defective and not damaged by us at all!!

Cheap prices for genuine phones. Got used s6 4 months ago, working great. Recently bought 2 other phones. Worth checking out.

I got three phone from them ( two Galaxy S5 and one Galaxy S6) and none of them have any problem. So far I'm really happy with their service and the good price. Good place for buying cellphone. Only thing is the location a bit hard to find, other than that, everything seems perfect to me

Good customer service. Once my cellphone screen are broken and they replaced a new screen for me and give me a good price compare other cellphone store.

Defective Mobiles selling as new

Absolutely terrible customer service. Sold defective products as new. Never again! Avoid like the plague!
