Unpleasant experience
After 2 completely defective phones, we took our note 4 back because its screen digitizer had gone haywire (screen was unusable). We were told it was physical damage and that it was our fault! We had the phone for 2 days and kept in a protective case the whole time. It absolutely had not been damaged. He yelled at us and told us to piss off. The service was disgusting! We ended up spending $250 getting it replaced and were told by the repairer it was defective and not damaged by us at all!!
