25 Bay Mills Blvd has been my safe home for over twenty years, and the length of time means that I found my comfort in this location. This is not surprising because the administration seeks to provide all the amenities and security for the tenant. Perhaps the current work team has a large and effective role to reach this conclusion. They are professionals, friendly, and aspire to satisfy the tenants with the possibilities available to them. POOR management ever!!! I have been living in Capreit Montreal 4760 Cote des neiges for more than 2 years, I am very disappointed with poor management, they made us signed the contact and promise to change some parts at home, but after few months they said they can't. It's all about fooling tenant, very poor management.!!!

This company is currently causing me a lot of problems with getting back my security deposit. There was no damage or expenses after I moved out and there is no dispute that I am entitled to my full deposit being returned, but they seem completely unable to get it to me. Capreit says it has been sent, but it never arrives. And they tried to take an additional months rent from my account. They don't publish any additional contact info either, so its hard to reach them.

Hate the 2283 eglinton avenue east building.Manager named Charu Rehaja is very rude.Doesnt know how to speak with tenants.The leasing manager is very lousy.
