i have tried to call so many time and i think at one point they picked up the phone and hung it up, i tried calling back no answer. i summit my documents in June and then 10 months later i still didn't hear from then so i had to send another email to ask if if they got my documents that i summit in June. i got an email back saying that they do have it, but from the day i summit it i would have to wait up to 23 months before i hear from an officer!!! unbelievable!!!! this is ridiculous!!!!!!

phoned the Consulate and put on hold for 15+ minutes and then they hung up on me...not very helpful. I will try again and cross my fingers

Extremely professional and courteous service!

Called last week with a question. They would not answer but rather was told that we need to email our question. Lucky for us, we are able to do so...unlucky for some. I Emailed on Monday. Today is Thursday. I could have flown to Greece and back with my answers. People that put good reviews must have gotten paid to do so. Unacceptable!!

Good luck if you need their service. I've been trying to contact a specific person in the passports office for so long...I don't even remember.I left four or five messages but no one got back. Why do they have a voice mail since they don't care to listen. I'd like to apply for my passport renewal in time to be able to travel but...I don't see that happening. And on top of everything else the office is open only for a limited time...for the lucky ones!! Ah, Greek system, I DON'T miss you at all.
