I’ve been coming to this store for several years now as they are always great. The woman who runs it is knowledgeable and communicates very well. I’ve never had a bad repair or bad followup, glad to have them in my neighbourhood!! iPhone and laptops all taken care of ;)))

I googled and randomly found Irepair.ca store at the college as nearby a place where I live. The best IT customer service I've experienced. They focused on my needs and situation advised a great solution. I work on my computer with less stress now. Fully recommend these specialists! Amelia

Took my macbook pro in to get a new keyboard and they ended up selling me a new battery too. Hundreds of dollars, 6 months later and having to go back to them 5 separate times do to different wifi and battery issues that started after the initial repair, I had a working computer... I was only apologized to on the 3rd trip back after being visibly angry and was offered no discount or anything. The worst service experiment of my life. My computer started making a terrible noise today....

Company stood behind it's service. Manager, Lindesy handled my issue promptly and efficiently.

I strongly encourage you not to bring your phone here for repair. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. I dropped off a perfectly good iphone that had a small crack on it from over a month earlier.
