I lived in Glen Park and can assure you that despite the above market rents the buildings in this complex are severely infested with cockroaches and mice. There’s also a large moth infestation in the basement of one of the buildings. Maintenance requests are delayed weeks (backed up tub see pix) and heat in winter is minimal. They turn down the old roof top boilers to save themselves money and expect the tenants to pay for space heaters although heat is supposed to be included. Awful!!!

I LIVE AT 190 LIMERIDGE RD W HAMILTON ONT. OUR COMPLEX IS NOT KEPT VERY CLEAN. OUR SUPERINTENDANT DOES NOT FUFILL HIS DUTIES. THERE WAS A SPILL IN FRONT OF THE ELEVATORS ON OUR FLOOR AND IT TOOK 13 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS MOPPED UP. ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET REPAIRS TO OUR APARTMENTS. PROMISED NEW FLOORS IN MY APARTMENT A YEAR AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THEM
